No-Show and Late Fee Policy
No-Shows:
Scheduled appointments are allotted times for grooming based on our abilities to complete the job during our hours
of operation. If we have a no-show appointment, we have turned away potential customers and of course, loss of income in that
time slot. Therefore, we have established a $20.00 no-show fee for any appointment not cancelled within 24 hours prior to
the actual appointment time slot.
Late Fees:
Our hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Due to owners
or their delegates not picking up their pet(s) in a timely manner, it has become necessary to begin this late fee policy.
We will call our clients (1/2) an hour before finishing their groomed pet, if your pet is picked
up within one hour, no fees will be incurred. Our late fee is our Doggie Daycare fee of $10.00 which would be added to our
grooming charge at time of pick-up.
Dog Day2 offers a Doggie-Daycare for your pet
as stated above. If you require your pet to stay for a prolonged time after the grooming is finished due to appointments,
work etc., please discuss this at the time of drop off and our Doggie Daycare fee of $10.00 will be added to our grooming
fee.
We are aware that you have busy lives, however it has become necessary to apply this policy.
When an owner does not pick up their pet until after closing, we are required, by law, to stay with your pet until owners
arrive. Our hours of operation being 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., we have been on site on occasions until 8:00 p.m.
